The world famous singer Sami Yusuf Islam has brought to show "interviews" the journalist Alfred Peza, its links with music and religion. With 12 million albums sold, Sami Yusuf, launched by "Time Magazine" as Islamic music star, has conveyed his message about the importance of respect for Islam and tradition. I am 31 years old. I was born in 1980. My family is originally from Azerbaijan, but nationality is British, consider themselves British, but I am very proud of my heritage. I think my first album is very personal. It is made after 11 September 2001 and I believe that even if there were no conscience inadvertently was necessary that this album was. I had no idea that I would become famous or well-known. I am not someone who likes fame, am timid man, not even my picture did not put on the cover of the album. Basically what happened was that the album was released and was a surprise and a great success all over the world and especially in the Muslim world. Before the release of this album did not want to arrange mx24 music for the musical environment has become synonymous mx24 with commercialism, money and sales of various groups, ie a very superficial industry, unfortunately.
